Bio

Patty Kingsley is an accomplished visual artist with a heart to impact people with a unique and clear "visual voice".

Born in Edmonton, Alberta and raised in Ontario, Patricia Lynn Bowman Kingsley has worked extensively as a civic leader and a small business owner. Patty currently resides in the Greater Toronto Area of Canada her two children. She accepts commission work and sells giclee’s prints of most of her completed works via her website, Fine Art America or directly through her e-mail address.

Her personal body of work has been described as “curious” and “spiritual” with each piece  drawn from her deeply rooted faith.  Painting from biblical foundations, these works provide comfort and encouragement to many individuals facing unexpected challenges regardless of individual belief.  She never dreamt that people would weep in front of her postcard rack or declare to her “I never knew that anyone could paint my grief”, especially since she did not know she was. It is these experiences that has fueled her work as a charitable department of ACT Canada Incorporated, a charitable tax receipting body for artists who share her faith.

Patty Kingsley through Artists in Christian Testimony, is providing a unique means of sharing biblical images, as folks join with her in extending the "visual voice" she is creating, with others. Contemporary and fresh, the images 180 Art releases are rich with evangelistic intentionality born of Patty's desire for an ongoing 180 degree turn in the hearts of those who view her work. Patty believes that people will be impacted by hearing and responding to a painted message that expresses the love of God to each viewer.
